Hugh ALGIE passed away on 11th of May 2019 (peacefully) in his home, 74 Avoniel Road, Belfast, surrounded by his loving family. Dearly beloved husband of Margaret and devoted father to Hugh, Trevor, Colin, Sharon and Julie. A much-loved father-in-law, grandfather and great grandfather.

Funeral service will be held on Wednesday in his home at 10:00 am, followed by committal in Roselawn Cemetery.

Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu if desired to Marie Curie (cheques only please made payable to the above charity) – c/o. Willowfield Private Funeral Home, 440 Woodstock Road, Cregagh BT6 9DR.

Sadly missed by all his loving family.

Tired and weary you made no fuss, you tried so hard to stay with us,
God closed your eyes and gave you rest, for He alone knows what’s best.
