Valerie DOWNES passed away on 25th of June 2019 at home, 52 Windermere Drive Lisburn, Valerie devoted mum of Jonathan and Tracey, cherished nanny of Alana, Ryan, Shannon and Lewis and loving great-nanny of Ellen and Charlie.

Funeral service shall take place on Tuesday 2nd July at 11.30am in Roselawn Crematorium.

Family and friends are welcome to call at Valerie’s late residence (address as above).

Donations in lieu of flowers if desired are being sent to Alzheimer’s Society (please make cheques payable to the nominated charity) c/o James Minnis & Son Funeral Directors, Bann House, 33 Castlewellan Road, Banbridge, BT32 4JQ.

Valerie will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing son, daughter, daughter-in-law Nichola, son-in-law Jonny, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and the entire family circle.
